Terms and Conditions

1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Scissortail Wine Tours ("the Company").
1.2 By booking a tour with the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be made no less than 24 hours advance through the Company's website or by phone or email.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of booking to secure your tour date.
2.3 The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the tour date. An automatic gratuity of 20% has been added for your convenience. Additional gratuity can be added at this time via credit card but cash and other forms of electronic payment such as Venmo, Cash App, and Paypal can be accepted at any point during or after the tour.
2.4 If a tour is booked less than 7 days in advance, the total is due upon booking.
2.5 Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund excluding the $100 deposit.
3.2 Cancellations made 7 or less days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date will be required to pay in full but will have the option of rescheduling their tour within the calendar year.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time and for any reason. In the event of a cancellation by the Company, you will receive a full refund, or the option to book a future date.
4. Tour Details
4.1 The Company reserves the right to change the itinerary of a tour without notice.
4.2 The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the tour.
4.3 The Company is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the tour.
4.4 Participants must be at least 21 years old to participate in the tour.
4.5 Lunch is provided as a courtesy, and not in the context of a professional dining service. You release from any liability regarding the consumption of food and snacks during the tour. The customer is solely responsible for accommodating any allergies. ALL of our tour snacks and foods are prepared in an environment that also prepares wheat, gluten, nuts, cheese, dairy, eggs, soy, shellfish, and other potential allergens. Cross contamination with any of these substances is possible. If the customer has any known allergies to these items, they should make their own arrangements for food during the tour and NOT participate in the provided food and snacks.
5. Conduct
5.1 Participants are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during the tour.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who is
disruptive or behaves in an inappropriate manner.
5.3 The consumption of alcohol is only allowed at designated areas and times during the tour.
5.4 Participants are responsible for their own conduct and any damages they may cause.
5.5 The Company is not responsible for the health or well-being of participants when they are outside of the tour vehicle.
5.6 This is not a party bus. We will have a fun and memorable time but expect participants to know their own limits with alcohol.
5.7 Any spillage, excessive mess or vomiting in the tour van will lead to cleaning charges. We reserve the right to bill customers for any detailing charges that become necessary AND vehicle rental fees if necessary that result from customer spillage and/or vomiting or any other impact that renders a tour vehicle inoperable.
6. Liability
6.1 The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the tour.
6.2 The Company is not liable for any damage to personal property during the tour.
6.3 The Company is not liable for any other transportation arrangements made by the participant.
7.Indemnification
7.1 Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the tour.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8.2 Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Oregon.
By booking a tour with Scissortail Wine Tours, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
